What you play

Flip Driver is a side-on off-road game controlled with gas and brake. The same two controls affect motion on the ground and the car’s angle in the air. A successful run balances distance, fuel and wheels-first landings; garage upgrades help with different parts of that problem.

A two-button off-road driving game with vehicle upgrades and progressively unlocked terrain. Use the live map to check available stages.

Controls

Hold the on-screen gas and brake controls. Gas raises the nose in the air; brake lowers it. At low speed, holding brake can reverse the vehicle.

Your first session

  1. Start on the first available terrain and learn how short gas and brake inputs change the vehicle’s angle.
  2. Approach a landing with the wheels facing the ground. A long jump only helps if the landing keeps the run alive.
  3. Read the result and garage descriptions. Engine, tires, suspension, tank and air control address different weaknesses.

Decisions worth watching

If the car is stuck against an obstacle, hold brake to back away, then make a new approach. Holding gas in place is not a recovery strategy.

Running out of fuel and crashing are different failures. Look for fuel cans and manage throttle when fuel is the actual limit.
